Skyfire from the development team, recently I've been having a think about the current build of absence which is available, and I'm not entirely happy to call it a demo of what we intend to bring forth with the experience, so you may notice that it is now listed as an alpha, after the next update to said alpha, we won't be providing further content for it, we'll instead be working on a true demo for Absence Chapter 1.
